본 문서는 운영자가 자신이 소유하거나 관리하는 Threads 계정을 운영하기 위해 사용하는 데스크톱 도구(이하 "본 도구")가 처리하는 개인정보에 대해 설명합니다.

1. 처리 목적

• 계정 운영 — 운영자 계정의 게시물 작성과 발행
• 대화 응답 — 게시물에 달린 답글과 멘션을 확인하고 답변을 작성
• 맥락 유지 — 이전 대화를 기억해 같은 질문을 반복하거나 앞선 대화와 어긋나는 답변을 하지 않도록 함
• 관련 게시물 탐색 — 운영 주제(1인 개발, 사이드 프로젝트, 앱 출시 등)와 관련된 공개 게시물을 찾아 해당 게시물의 맥락에 맞는 답글을 작성

2. 처리하는 항목

운영자 본인 계정

Threads 액세스 토큰, Threads 사용자 ID, 계정 핸들

Threads에서 상호작용한 이용자 (공개된 정보에 한함)

Threads 사용자 ID · 계정 핸들 · 공개 게시물과 답글의 원문 및 요약 · 게시물 URL · 대화에서 언급된 제품명과 고민 요약 · 연락 상태

수집 경로는 Threads 공식 API이며 공개된 정보만 처리합니다. 비공개 계정의 게시물, 다이렉트 메시지, 이메일, 전화번호는 수집하지 않습니다.

3. 보유 기간

• 외부 이용자의 게시물 원문 — 기록 시점부터 90일 후 자동 삭제
• 요약과 연락 상태 — 목적 달성 시 또는 삭제 요청 시까지
• 액세스 토큰 — 연결 해제 시 즉시 삭제

4. 저장 위치

모든 데이터는 운영자 컴퓨터의 로컬 저장소에만 보관됩니다. 서버로 전송하지 않고, 클라우드에 백업하지 않으며, 데이터베이스를 외부에 공개하지 않습니다.

5. 제3자 제공 및 처리위탁

수집한 정보를 제3자에게 제공하거나 판매하지 않습니다.

게시물과 답글 문안 작성을 위해 아래 인공지능 서비스에 게시물 원문이 전달될 수 있습니다. 전달 범위는 답변 작성에 필요한 부분으로 한정합니다.

6. 정보주체의 권리

Threads 이용자는 본 도구가 보유한 자신의 정보에 대해 열람·삭제·처리정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 요청 방법은 데이터 삭제 요청 안내에 있으며, 접수 후 30일 이내에 처리합니다.

또한 답글을 받지 않도록 요청할 수 있으며, 요청 시 해당 계정은 연락 대상에서 영구히 제외됩니다.

7. 자동화 처리에 관한 고지

본 도구는 게시물과 답글의 초안을 자동으로 작성합니다. 다만 모든 초안은 발행 전 운영자가 직접 검토하며, 운영 중인 서비스를 언급하는 답글은 추가 승인 절차를 거칩니다. 검토를 거치지 않고 자동으로 발행되는 글은 없습니다.

This policy describes how a desktop tool (the "Tool") handles personal data. The operator uses the Tool to run Threads accounts they own or manage.

1. Purposes

• Account operation — composing and publishing posts from the operator's accounts
• Conversation — reading replies and mentions on those posts and composing responses
• Context — remembering previous exchanges so the account does not repeat questions or contradict what was said before
• Finding relevant posts — searching public posts on the operator's topics (solo development, side projects, app launches) in order to reply in the context of that specific post

2. Data processed

The operator's own account

Threads access token, Threads user ID, account handle

People the account interacts with (public information only)

Threads user ID · account handle · text and summary of public posts and replies · post URL · product names and concerns mentioned in the conversation · contact status

Data comes from the official Threads API and is limited to public information. The Tool does not collect posts from private accounts, direct messages, email addresses, or phone numbers.

3. Retention

• Post text from other users — deleted automatically 90 days after it is recorded
• Summaries and contact status — until the purpose is met or deletion is requested
• Access token — deleted immediately when the account is disconnected

4. Where data is stored

All data is kept in local storage on the operator's computer. Nothing is sent to a server, nothing is backed up to the cloud, and the database is not exposed publicly.

5. Sharing and processors

The operator does not sell or share collected information with third parties.

Post text may be sent to the following AI service in order to draft posts and replies, limited to what is needed to compose the response.

6. Your rights

Any Threads user may request access to, deletion of, or a stop to processing of their information held by the Tool. See Data Deletion Request. Requests are handled within 30 days.

You may also ask not to receive replies. If you do, the account is permanently excluded from contact.

7. Automated processing

The Tool drafts posts and replies automatically. Every draft is reviewed by the operator before it is published, and replies that mention an operated service must additionally pass an approval step. Nothing is published without human review.
